
Coaching is a fundamental part of healthcare wherther it comes from an in-office appointment, a book, an online lesson/meeting or a social media post. Each healthcare practitioner chooses their preferred medium for instructing and teaching valuable information to the public in the easiest and most effective way that they can. My preferred style of coaching is through weekly phone conversations and/or online group classes. I enjoy leading and guiding people in groups via zoom or teams meetings as well as through individualized sessions for those fho prefer a more individualized approach.
Coaching is intended to break down the journey back to health in bite-sized pieces in a step-by-step process that builds good habits and lifestyle changes in a way that allows life to happen in-between. Checking in on the previous instructions and adding adjustments or new layers helps to create a more presonalized plan which fits the individual needs of an active and busy life.
Coaching also promotes personal accountability to the discussed changes and also allows for conversations surrounding challenges associated with implementation. With careful consideration and expert guidance, your health improvement journey will be more accessible and integrated into your life than ever before!
