Hi,

My name is Jared Leath. I am a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP) since 2025, health coach, and chiropractor (DC) since 2005. I understand the health challenges that people face very well and decided to change my career to include coaching and functional medicine after seeing people struggle for so many years.

First, I am a coach who provides support, advice, and accountability with the trouble areas. I will work with you to adapt your own individual schedule to include the absolute best habits and routines for your individual health goals.

Second, I am a Functional Medicine Practitioner who, once we get the best healthy baseline established, can order and interpret functional lab testing and genetic testing to find out if there are any underlying trouble spots that are getting in the way of your goal of optimized health and function.

I practice functional medicine to address the root cause of chronic health issues like gut problemsweight management challenges, and chronic inflammation. Unlike conventional medicine that often focuses on symptoms, my approach investigates how factors such as diet, stress, genetics, and environment influence your overall well-being. Using advanced testing and comprehensive health assessments, I develop personalized plans to heal your gut, naturally reduce inflammation, and achieve sustainable weight loss. By restoring balance within your body’s complex systems, I can help you move beyond symptom management toward lasting vitality and wellness.

A 30-minute discovery call is an informal conversation designed to help both you and the I determine if you’re a good fit for working together. During this session, you can expect a space to openly discuss your health goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. I will use this time to listen attentively, ask clarifying questions, and gain a deeper understanding of your specific needs, while also sharing a bit about my coaching style and methodology. This is your opportunity to ask questions about the coaching process, packages, and logistics, and to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in moving forward. By the end of the call, you will have a clear idea of whether my approach aligns with your needs, and we can discuss the potential next steps without any pressure.
